Clear, current drawings give everyone a common starting point. Before a review, gather your plans and identify the latest version of each document.

Bring the right views

Floor plans, elevations, sections and available site information each explain a different part of the project. Include dimensions and levels where they are known.

Mark the open questions

Highlight important openings, roof forms, connections and proposed finishes. Separating confirmed decisions from ideas still under discussion makes the review more efficient.

Keep a shared revision record

Use clear file names and dates. After a discussion, record what changed, who will update the information and what needs to be confirmed next.
